Refund and Returns Policy

At Man in Black, we are dedicated to providing high-quality footwear, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer an exchange policy exclusively for defective products or items that have size or color issues.

Exchanges are only available for products that are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, or if there is an issue with the size or color of the product received. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.

If you receive a defective product or one with a size or color discrepancy, please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an exchange. Once the issue is confirmed, you will be asked to return the product to us at no additional cost. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for exchange, and exchanges are strictly limited to defective products or those with size or color discrepancies. No exchanges will be provided for reasons such as a change of mind or preference.
